I visit Dr Susnow yearly and twice in total so far. I am pretty happy with experience. I am impressed his professional knowledge, the ways he explained for prescriptions, lab test and their tradeoffs, and his future plan for my treatment. He plans things ahead and wants to take care of his patients well. He knows my medical background, medicine history and even the conversation we had last year. As a patient, I feel I am cared and respected very well. I also want to thank his RN and medical assistant. They are pretty helpful and responsive on their portal for refill prescription, lab test order etc. Usually they get back to me within 24 hours. Highly recommended. Will continue to visit next year. Thanks for the efforts you have made.

I've seen Victoria Evelyn, P.A. (Tori) for a number of times over the course of a few months. Every time I saw her she provided pertinent information related to my issues, and solutions. Tori is very amiable and easy to talk to. It's not easy to find a health care provider who has expertise AND is very pleasant. I highly recommend Tori!

This practice has been wildly unhelpful and unprofessional. I would highly recommend looking somewhere else.

They consistently fail to follow-up (in a timely matter, or at all) about important things — test results, costs of procedures, follow-up questions.

It is incredibly difficult to get a hold of anyone at the office — I often am told I am being transferred, then wait 10+ minutes on hold and no one answers. And, I often get transferred 3-4 times before I'm speaking to the correct person to answer my question, and I give all of them my name and DOB.

They schedule follow-ups far more out than necessary, ultimately delaying the time it takes to get results and correct treatment. I've been seeing them for nearly 1.5 years, and they have yet to find any cause or treatment for my symptoms. I've wasted 1.5 years, ~$3,000 out-of-pocket with good health insurance and have no answers, and no plan of action going forward.

After an appointment scheduled 3 months prior, Dr Gatof was 30 minutes late. Then after 10-15 minutes out of time. He said my Holistic Doctor recommended supplements were garbage. Then, several times, said, "At your age." I see this as ageism. He also said that there was no malabsorption issues with severe diarrhea. Everything I have read indicates this is not true. I felt that he considered himself as the expert -- one in a very narrow lane of medicine in his field. Also, dealing with this practice has been most difficult -- with answering robots and long waits on phone, often getting cut off. So difficult to find a person with which to talk for scheduling and for an issue

Dr. Gatof took the Time to discuss my concerns. I am very happy with him. I think he’s a great doctor. I really respect his opinion above all the main thing that I appreciate it about the visit was the time that he took to go over all of my concerns and discuss various ways of managing my Gerd symptoms.
