The location is not very ideal unless you are traveling nearby the area and also, there isn't much close by so, probably won't be a good idea to visit late at night. However, the service was exceptional. They did have a good variety of sweets in, and the service was rather quickly. However, the prices for the ice cream shakes and sundaes were moderately expensive, but the packed sweets were pretty cheap compared to local stores and a large variety t hat other stores don't carry in stock.

There is nothing outlet priced items here. Everything is regular price or more than retail stores. $20 for 4 chocolate bars when Safeway is selling at $3.5 each.

$13.95 per half lb for individual squares.

Sundae with waffle cone is $15. Other sundaes are $16-20 each, pretty pricy for ice cream but they are tasty.

You basically pay SF Ghirardelli price without having to drive to SF. But it’s cool to have a Ghirardelli spot in Tracy for folks from Tri-Valley.

Having a Ghirardelli in the middle of nowhere is like a blessing!! Decadent ice creams and chocolates to enjoy. And having options catering to even the vegan people is like WOW!!! My kids truly enjoyed digging into their delicious vegan sundaes, while I enjoyed my hot mocha and checking out all the chocolates they had to offer. Btw, this is a factory outlet, so the prices are discounted when compared to retail stores which is a win-win again!! Highly recommend. If you are in the area, it is a must stop for sure!!

We came here on our way home from The Livermore Outlets and this sure hit the high calorie sweet spot! I had The Cookie 🍪 Crumble Hot Fudge Sundae that had chocolate 🍫 squares on top. Jovita had the Caramel Quake Shake. I just love their chocolate flavors!

Kind staff. Ghirardelli has best of chocolate options. Loved this place. Clean place. Ice cream quality has a room to improve. A lot of options for sweet gifts. Thanks

We will usually stop at a Ghirardelli chocolate outlet on our way home from a trip. This particular location was well placed at the edge of Tracy before heading back to the Bay Area. It was not busy. The staff was pleasant.
But the environment was a little sterile compared to others that we've been in.
I was deeply disappointed. They did not have coffee available after eating something there. So disgustingly, sweet.. I was also shocked that one square of chocolate would cost a $1.40

The place was very clean and neat. They don't have some of the items on their menu ( they mentioned it's because of delays in shipments). The store is small ,but various items. We went during afternoon on a weekend and it was really packed. We didn't like their strawberry ice cream. Hot cocoa, brownie and a scoop of pecan ice cream were good.
