My son & I decided to stop in after dinner several nights ago (as I’ve been wanting to stop in & try this place out) & glad we did!

To keep it short & sweet! The ice cream we got was very good, creamy & all the flavors were there! Semi reminds my of Cold Stone to be honest. With that being said, well worth the stop!

All in all: Friendly service, clean, great tasting ice cream!

We went here on a Friday and had to return on Saturday to try more flavors. Everything you order is extra large so don't get fooled by getting too much. Because who would want too much ice creme?
We also tried the shakes and they were also great, mostly ice creme, make sure you get a spoon.
Service was quick and friendly. Only one person on Friday and three on Saturday.
The selection is incredible and I would try almost everything, given the time.
The ambiance is mostly white and a little sterile looking. There are not a lot of places to sit so this is definitely a buy-and-go place.
If you order what you like you won't be disappointed!

If you like ice cream this is a great spot to check out. They have tons of flavors and also have milkshakes, cones, and scoops. I enjoyed all the flavors from the sampler scoops I ordered. If you enjoy ice cream the sampler is a great call.

Step Aside Ampersand And Coldstone. There's a new ice cream shop in Fresno! Right across from Woodward Park is your friendly neighborhood Handel's. Its inception is a true gift to our city. I have loved their flavors in Newport Beach, Los Angeles, Bakersfield and Visalia. Today, I had the Rocky Mocha and Butter Pecan. Creamy, flavorful, well-blended and buttery. I can't say how happy I am to have this here. As of today, there are 49 flavors available. Treat yourself to arguably the best ice cream in California.

Handles is such a cool place. Very wide variety and selection of ice creams and they make some killer shakes and sundaes. We first had them at their location in Carlsbad and are stoked to have them now in Fresno. The location is kind of hard to find; hiding under the sign of a Healing station (whatever the hell that is). They just opened, so give them a try, but be patient with the employees, they are navigating this extensive menu that is new to them. I promise you’ll enjoy the ice cream.

The ice cream tender? was great and surprisingly efficient. Inside is simple n clean 👌. The black cherry 🍒 single scoop on a cake cone might be better than Thiftys black cherry. Going back for the coffee chocolate chip.

We love Handel’s in HB and San Diego. Unfortunately, our first experience here in Fresno was not the same. The service was extremely slow. It took over 45 minutes to get our ice cream and the line was not that long. There was only one person at the register on a Saturday evening. The employees scooping could have been more efficient. My ice cream was just okay. I hope they get it sorted out.

I like that they have a lot of flavors. It's thick and creamy and not overly sweet. But the flavors are lacking. It's very light in flavor and taste too artificial.
