Handels Homemade Ice Cream is one of the best ice cream shops I like. Its ice creams have a delicious flavor without being overly sweet. The employees at this location are lovely and attentive. However, the outdoor seating area needs improvement. It has no cover and was windy when I was there. I want to finish my ice cream and leave sooner! I wish I could enjoy my ice cream in a comfortable place.

This is simply the best ice cream I've ever tried! Especially the taro flavor! It's like nothing else, it's like eating the night sky with a hint of cotton candy from your childhood. They also have a cotton candy flavor, by the way 🤌🏻 The employees are cuties. Always polite and helpful.

Put a damn light on the menu and make it bigger!!! The outside exterior is so poorly designed. At night it is impossible to see the menu because the inside is so white and blinding and it blocks all the dim lights shining on the menus. When we tried to order directly from the menu the girl had no idea what we were talking about, we just wanted a Sunday in a waffle bowl but she was so confused. The ice cream overlay is very gummy but the flavors are good.

As a long-time lover of ice cream, I'm thrilled that Handel's Homemade Ice Cream finally opened its doors in Rancho Cordova! This ice cream parlor serves up some of the freshest homemade ice cream in town. I was super impressed with their incredible array of flavors, in fact, it's a little overwhelming!

The Rancho Cordova location has a charming, old-fashioned ice cream parlor vibe that makes you feel like you've stepped back in time. But its central location in town also makes it easy to access when I'm in the area.

With its fresh, homemade ice cream, almost endless flavor options, and ideal neighborhood spot, no one does homemade ice cream quite like Handel's!

Love this ice cream! I wish this location had more flavors and a few seats inside or outside. Maybe that is to come, as this is a new location. I always appreciate the excellent service! It's the best service and helpfulness I have received anywhere recently. That includes RC and Roseville locations.

Outdoor seating so it's perfect for spring and summer nights. I like to bundle up and come eat ice cream in the cold, it's just more exciting.

Banana cream pie is the reason why I'm here. The flavor is made with real banana and I'm in love.

Scoop in a small bowl is so huge for only 5.50 and it comes with literally 3 Scoops of it too.

Service was quick and simple. They take cards too.

Parking is easy and next to a fusion pizza and indian resto. So good! I was there for dinner and came here for dessert. In the same lot there is sprouts to get some groceries too.

This is the place to stop for a delicious treat!! If you are in the area or near, worth a little extra drive to get here. We came from Utah and needed a "cool off" treat in the heat!!! This place did just that for us! Ice cream is delicious and they know how to make it right!
Side note: we also needed another favor and the manager/owner graciously helped us out and did not even allow me to pay for the kind act. So, we order some more ice cream and left a worthy tip! The owner and manager are top notch people sending people away with smiles! Thanks!!!
