I cannot recommend Houston gastro institute enough!
This institute stands miles ahead in terms of professionalism, efficiency, and patient care.
The facility itself is clean, modern, and well-equipped, creating a reassuring environment. Scheduling was easy, wait times were minimal, and follow-up communication was prompt and detailed.
The staffs are nice and friendly unlike many other offices where it’s awkward even to communicate as they don’t even have a smile on their face or don’t have people skills.
If you’re looking for expert GI care that truly prioritizes your well-being, this is the place to go. It’s clear they put their patients first, and the difference is night and day compared to other clinics in the area. Five stars all the way! Highly recommend!

I’ve been Dr. Asamoah’s patient for 8 months and I haven’t had a physician who has been so attentive and caring as she has been. She takes the time to listen to her patients and provide the best care. My case has been a challenging journey and I couldn’t have been able to make it this far without her support and her dietician. She’s very knowledgeable! Her functional medicine program has educated me a lot and provided lots of guidance and clarity regarding gut health. I highly recommend Dr. A and her team for any GI needs. My experience was as pleasant as it could be for a colonoscopy. ? The staff and the doctor were cordial and professional. There was plenty of information available before the procedure including a video and access to ask questions via phone. The staff at the surgery center were helpful and calming for my first-timer nerves. Hopefully, I won't be back any time soon, but I highly recommend.
