We were looking for a quick, healthy place to eat, and Humbowl hit the spot. The bowls were large and packed with healthy veggies. The proteins were fresh, and the sauces were really what took it to the next level. The service was friendly, but the location itself isn’t that comfortable. I would order to-go next time.

Healthy and delicious. Clean. Fresh. Done to perfection. My dopamine receptors were firing throughout. I got the Integrate Nutrition. My wife added chicken and I tasted it. It was great—good enough to put on a skewer. The roasted sweet potatoes were a delicious addition.

Wow!!! It's a rare opportunity to find such delicious and healthy food! We bought the Thai Curry and Vera Cruz with chicken. Our college students loved it so much, we went back for more. This is our new to go spot for when we come home to Berkeley! Btw, everyone was very nice and the restaurant was very clean. The food was a short wait, and we'll worth it! We have full tummies and feel energized and healthy!

What an absolute treasure of a place. The staff was friendly and helpful, the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming and the food was healthy and extremely delicious.

We bought 4 different bowls for 4 different people and every single one of us enjoyed our food. There's enough variety and options to make the dish your own and you know that what you're eating is good for you as well. I give my wholehearted recommendation of Humbowl.

I trust this place to give me tasty healthy food. They had a sign that said, "our restaurant is designed to be the next step in better eating for our bodies and our planet". I'm usually skeptical when restaurants make health claims. Like I've seen so many commercials about Chipotle's "real" ingredients. They seem to take a lot of pride in using real ingredients. I assumed that's the bare minimum of what a restaurant should do. I'd never expect a restaurant to spend a bunch of money promoting that they do the bare minimum. Anyway, Humbowl's food truly did feel like real healthy ingredients. Will definitely come back!

Today was my first time at Humbowl for brunch. Dinner here is great and is one of the best healthy options that is quick and full of flavor (+1 for the togarashi and seasonal bowls). Brunch is just as good, I loved my Chicken Sausage Scrambowl which came with a side of potatoes. They are generous with the yummy pasilla pepper sauce (which is not spicy) and I asked for the homemade hot sauce which has a gentle kick and was perfect with the potatoes.

The staff are so nice and attentive. They also have Wildwonder here, one of my favorite locally owned drink brands!
