What to think about an ice cream shop where the waitress, one hour before official closing time, locks the door to the face of several customers, then closes the store for 30 min and leaves “because it is her break time”!! Very poor service, it was just unbelievable! This place does not deserve business. Of course we did not wait and therefore did not try the ice-cream.

The server was very nice and I think that overall, the company did a good job maintaining the space a "the Ici space" (Ici was the original ice cream shop in this location which closed suddenly and without warning). Despite these positives, the ice cream is not good in my opinion. It is way too sweet and not balanced at all. Ultimately, when I go to an ice cream shop, I want good ice cream, and instead I got a reminder of why I miss the company that used to be at this location.

It's nice when a local place that I missed lives up to the hype. Humphrey Slocombe's makes Exquisite small batch ice cream with some original playlist, but, in a breath of fresh air and an area filled with exotic choices oh, they keep it simple, and that is a good thing. I went with the Tahitian vanilla, and chocolate, and ice cream was well-tempered, not too sweet, and soft because it is hand-packed. Ideally located for an after-dinner snack, given the amount of great restaurants within one block. Good stuff

For those who knew Ici Ice Cream on this spot, it must be hard to imagine that anything could be as good. But this spot did it. The flavors are not as unique as Ici's, but the quality is up there. It reminded me of the flavor of EFE ice creams, back in Venezuela.

I dream about this ice cream. A bit overpriced and usually younger less friendly people working at this location but that’s fine; it’s the best ice cream. This is usually one of the first places i bring out of town guests.

For 6.50$ you get the tiniest scoop of ice cream known to man. It also seems their freezers are not cold enough as all our ice creams were bordering on soup 5 min later. The flavors are ok.

More than 1-2 delish dairy-free options (and not the ho-hum cop-outs like strawberry or chocolate but interesting s**t like mango carrot) for the millions of us who frickin’ 🤍🤎 ice cream but are lactose intolerant.
