Dr. Robertson was definitely a breath of fresh air. Having white coat syndrome and anxiety through the roof, Dr. Robertson was so nice and he just made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions, for that I am grateful. ?

I’ve had very good results with Dr Robertson the past few years. He always puts me at ease and explains things on my level. This is a very good medical organization with a good reputation.
It takes time to sort things out but patience is important for treatment.

Dr was nice listened to my problems but the staff dropped the ball. I needed a test sent to my house. I tried for three weeks to get them to send it. Very unprofessional.

Dr Robertson and his staff are the best. All of them are caring and compassionate. Dr Robertson takes his time with me so I never feel rushed, even when he is very busy and he answers all questions. I feel fortunate to have him and his team on my side.

Dr. Robertson is kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. He takes the time to discuss and explain things with me. Dr. Robertson is good about remembering previous conversations and concerns and following up on those conversations. I have never felt unheard or trivial in his office. He has taken good care of me in the four years I have been seeing him. He even doesn’t mind if you yell hello at him in the parking lot at the baseball stadium.

In addition, the staff that I interact with the most at the office are also capable and kind. Ashley at the front desk is a joy. Amanda, the infusion center nurse, is a skilled and patient practitioner. No one can insert an IV like that woman. She gets it’s right the first time, every time. She a pleasure to spend hours with tied to an infusion chair, unable to get away.

In summary, Dr. Robertson is the Cadillac of gastroenterologists. With a host of supporting employees, he makes having to go to the gastroenterologist not THAT bad.
