A must visit if you are in the area!! Bread is fresh and warm every time😋 I get the sesame epi bread. Owner is so nice and has a real talent for baking. 10/10 would recommend and have already put many of my friends/family on the bakery.

Been here a few times. All the baked goods are tasty. I’d recommend their bread loafs and the chocolate croissant (I like the one with almonds on top).

The cold case has a variety every time I go in so I can’t really say what I like most, most of the cold items have strong flavors (not bad, just if you like something more subtle you may want to be more careful when selecting).

Menu items, the toast offered is good too. Hot chocolate is very rich (kind of dark and is thicker than most I’ve had).

Often crowded, most people are working in there so if it’s raining outside it can be hard to find an open seat. If you can’t find seating then I’ve just gone for a walk around the neighborhood while I eat.

Lavender Bread & Cafe isn’t just a place to grab a pastry—it’s a place to be seen, welcomed, and truly cared for. The staff’s warmth and attentiveness create an experience that feels intentional, with mindful anticipation of what you need before you even ask. The lemon cheesecake is perfectly fluffy and balanced, and the whole milk cappuccino is rich and smooth. But what will bring me back is Emma’s service—her stunning latte art, great music, and sparkly green eye shadow that made me want to glam it up with metallic gold myself. Her presence made the visit special, and I can’t wait to return for both the hospitality and the treats.

I love this bakery. I come to Lavender at least once or twice per week, got to know the founder, and can recognize pretty much everyone on the customer facing front.
This is the best bakery in the area for their quality of baked products, consistent every time, and never failed me once in the past several years.
Pleasant environment and always feels welcome.

Not a fan of negative reviews but there is no option to contact the manager through their website so I’m leaving my thoughts here in hopes they get read by the owner.

I’ve tried for years to like this coffee shop but I won’t be going back again. They take forever, FOREVER. It’s so unprofessionally run, the staff talks to each other instead of taking orders, no consideration for the time of the customer and the fact that some of us have to get to work. They move at a snails pace like it’s Sunday morning and they are stoned.

I went there today to get an 8oz americano and it’s now $5 for one large size even though they have 8oz cups. I couldn’t do it. The service is horrible and the products are going up in price with no regard for the people and neighborhood you are here to serve.

Highwire coffee is 1000 times better on all fronts and it’s right in the next block. Go there and save your time and money.

Lavender Bread and Cafe is a charming spot with incredible bread—light, fluffy, and infused with a subtle lavender aroma that’s unforgettable. The cafe itself is spacious, with a cozy yet airy atmosphere filled with the delicious smell of fresh bread and coffee. Speaking of coffee, it’s perfectly brewed and pairs wonderfully with their pastries.

The only downside? I wish it stayed open longer! It’s the kind of place you’d want to linger in for hours. A must-visit for great bread, coffee, and a relaxing vibe.
