We’ve been wanting to try this place since we moved here a few months ago. I love pastries, and I’m pretty picky about them. We had a great time! They were quick and efficient with our order. I chose the chicken salad sandwich mainly because it came on a croissant, and I was not disappointed, it was marvelous. I also tried the almond croissant and sticky bun. So fresh and so good! We’ll definitely be back.

Driving down Hardy St is always a challenge but worth the trip to this bakery. Parking is very limited but there is a side street that could accommodate; a few businesses that don’t open until later may be available if you go very early. There is a drive thru.
They have warm breakfast biscuits, filled croissants and crust less mini quiche. Tasty breads and bagels- all can be sliced. Cheese danishes. Frosted cinnamon rolls. Cookies. Granola. Delicious coffees and teas; both hot and cold.
You can watch inside the bakery as they make all of their wonderful offerings. There is a nice little area to sit and relax and drink your selections. Always friendly and helpful service.

Oh my, what a find. I was looking for a delightful breakfast to go along with my morning coffee. We happened to see it driving by and are so glad we stopped. The bakery is in full view, and although there is ample seating, the star is the bakery operations. We had the biscuits both with egg and just bacon. They were phenomenal. The pastry was good, but the dough was not super flaky. It's worth a stop for sure. Note: Parking in the front is limited, and the spots are tight.

Wonderful bakery with fresh breads and pastries. We love stopping in for a breakfast sandwich on a croissant or sour dough bread with a medium roast coffee. The ham & egg croissant or breakfast biscuit is also delicious. Add a chocolate croissant or other pastries for later in the day. The king cakes are comparable to the best in New Orleans. Very nice and clean. Ordered 2 king cakes one peaches and cream cheese and one blueberry. When I got home the peaches was mislabeled and both cakes were blueberry, disappointed as we are 2 hours away. Overall, best king cake you will find in Hattiesburg but not the best I have ever had being from Louisiana. Closely Compares to a Gambino’s king cake, wish I could have tried a different flavor as I purchased to give a better rating. The only thing I wasn’t crazy about was although the blueberries are real and not canned, they tasted like they were frozen then cooked and some were shriveled leaving a medium to hard berry with gritty texture. If that’s your thing, you’ll love this cake! Cream cheese is nice and thick (like Gambinos) and bread was good (although both cakes were baked with different thicknesses) the icing was delicious not too sweet and cake was cooked before icing or sugar so it was beautifully presented with beads on top.

I was a tourist this weekend, so I bought a bunch of cookies: wedding, oatmeal raisin, granola, and ginger molasses. I'm eating them right now, and they are soooooo soft and delicious. If you don't have any, sucks to be you. The breakfast sandwich and matcha latte were great too. I ordered sourdough with ham, egg, provolone, and all the veggies. Nice relaxed atmosphere to hang out. We need one in Greenwood. Like wth.

Beautiful bakery that was named in the New York Time for the top 20 in the country. It had a great selection of breads and pastries. We had the quiche that was very good. The coffee was great too. The staff was very friendly and told us a little about Hattiesburg.

Ham and Cheese Croissant was my favorite, I wish there was a bit more chocolate in the croissant but nevertheless the food was amazing. I’ll come back!
