Luciano’s was the talk of the party! We got to pick so many flavors for our wedding guests, including sorbets for our vegan guests, and the cart was so cute! I wish I had had a chance to go back for seconds but it was all gone. They were very easy to work with and I’d highly recommend them for your event.

During our trip to the California State Capitol Building, we had a delightful ice cream treat from this charming ice cream truck. The variety of flavors was impressive, and we settled on two scoops of Dulce de Leche and Roasted Pistachio. Both flavors were absolutely scrumptious, and the quality of the ice cream was top-notch. It made our visit even more enjoyable. Friendly staff and reasonable prices too. Highly recommend!"

Recently, I came from Italy, and I've tried almost all the ice cream (gelato) around Sacramento, Folsom, and Bay Area.
So far, this is the best I've had after Italy.
Great quality and consistency.
My favorite is the Rosted Pistachio.
It's a Must Try.

Parked near the Capitol, this gelato is always great tasting. I have tried several flavors and they are all very good. My favorite is the Coffee with chocolate flakes-the Best!!! And the guy that serves it-Hui, is always super courteous, fast, and gracious for your service. I have brought different co-workers on two occasions and they loved it!

This is an excellent gelato spot to spend your hard earned dollars. The gelato tastes amazing. Creamy and packed with flavor. It is pricey - I wish it was a bit cheaper. The guy who serves it and works the truck is kind, grateful, pleasant. It's a breath of fresh air compared to the shops that employee kids that don't care, and act like you're a bother. This place is truly a gem and deserves more than 5 stars.

$4 for a single scoop of ice cream was a little much for me. When I ordered a cone and said what flavor I wanted, he proceeded to ring me up and then tell me he only had cups available. At least annotate it on your sign that you are out of cones, just like you did with the sold out flavors. The caramel sea salt was caramel ice cream without a hint of salt. The mint chocolate chip was OK.

Small ice cream truck. They have a decent variety of flavors, and the ice cream is good. I am giving 4 stars because it was too pricey, taking advantage of the location and the amount of people around. But since there was no other option around we gave it a go and it was worth it!
