Horrible horrible ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT! I came into the store the other day for a cup of ice cream since its finally hot! I was so excited but immediately upon entering the store it was a disaster. I came on here to see if anyone else saw this, and soon saw more and more comments about the management of this business. It's very clear that whoever owns this store does not care about the satisfaction of their customers as they only respond to positive feedback!! As for the coupon incident, it's very clear that they're trying to maximize as much profit as possible while bending their so and so called 'rules'. Horrible management, I will not be coming back. They should replace it with something else.

Amazing fro-yo, but this place is trying way too hard to make me feel better about eating their fro-yo. I've accepted that fro-yo isn't healthy. I don't need a marketing team to try and convince me otherwise. Real strawberries, no artificial colors, no artificial flavors, no high fructose corn syrup, nonfat, lowfat, gluten free, live and active cultures! These were all the terms I saw on the different fro-yo options. The more they try to come off as not that bad, the worst it looks.
Like I enjoy skittles, but if they started bragging about how they are vegan and cholesterol free on their packaging, it'd be a little off-putting. Anyway, I didn't make a healthy decision going here, but I did make a delicious one.

This place is atrocious. Went on Monday for some post classes treat to get something sweet. Was so surprised by the uncleanliness of the place… I think I saw some small dead bugs on the floor just before I left. I still wanted to get some yogurt but after filling up my cups i realized it was too watery. It seems like the employees there are overworked and management is not investing any time or money into the facility. 1 star.

bogo deal closed out at 6pm when official website clearly said all day, owner fully knew people were waiting in line for hours and purposely did not tell people. all they had was a tiny sign at the entrance that u had no way of seeing unless you were at the front of the line. I understand that you can close out the deal early, sure. But deliberately not communicating this to people, making them wait for hours, then driving purchases through the fact that they’ve already waited for such a long time is a borderline scam. Owner actually wasted everyones time when they fully know people are under the false impression of getting a promotion.

Lots of flavors to choose from and a couple of Vegan flavors too! Toppings galore as well as syrupy stuff. This place would be super dangerous if they offered bigger cups, then again you can come again for round two!

i enjoyed the yogurt and the atmosphere but the owner is so annoying with the samples. I mean cmon, he says it's because of COVID but it's yogurt..absolutely nothing is touching or spreading with anyone else. IF anything the spoons and handles are dirtier. Several other menchies allow samples so I will just go to those instead
