I recently had a great experience at this office. From the receptionists to the MA to the NP I was treated promptly and with respect. My concerns were heard and dealt with in a professional manner. Dr. Crimaldi is overseeing my care and I couldn’t be happier. I would recommend and will recommend this office to family and friends.

If you have a chronic condition and need regular or even periodic care, this is not the practice for you. There is no receptionist to answer the phone, so you need to leave a message and wait for a call back. Do not expect a call within hours or even within a day. I am a patient with ulcerative colitis and called expressing the acute and serious symptoms (which include significant bleeding) I was experiencing and requested to be seen as soon as possible. Two whole days later, I received a message saying that I could have an appointment 4 months from now. This practice has continually proven to be completely irreverent to the needs of actual patients. It’s unacceptable, insensitive and dismissive. I strongly recommend you avoid this place.

Made an appointment for my Colonoscopy at this Milford location. The front office staff was very nice and attentive. The Assistant was fine. The PA David who discussed the process had minimal customer service ability and lack of compassion. A cold fish. He was more concerned about irrelevant non issues not related to this procedure which my doctor was well aware. I am under the believe because I had "no real" underlying health issues missing vaccinations (Covid, etc...) on the provided report he had an issue with me which was very visible. I should have looked at these reviews as others noted prior. I cancelled actual procedure and decided to travel to my last doctor.

Good luck getting someone to respond to messages through the portal, calls go to voicemail. Does anyone work here?

If it was possible to rate this place lower than one star I would. Horrible practice. Cannot get anyone, ever to answer the phone. I was in the ER recently urged by ER physician to change my upcoming appointment to make it sooner bc of a concerning CT scan. It has been 10 days and I have yet to be able to do so. I've never encountered such a frustrating experience with any type of health care practice. If you have any other choice for medical care I urge you to pursue it to save yourself the horror of dealing with Milford Gastroenterology.

I’m extremely disappointed with Milford Gastrointestinal. After waiting far too long to get the care I need, I contacted them to schedule a much-needed colonoscopy. Instead of booking the procedure, they called me to set up an unnecessary office visit. This feels like nothing more than a blatant money grab, prioritizing billing over patient care.

It's incredibly frustrating to see them focus on squeezing in pointless appointments rather than addressing urgent health concerns. If you're looking for real care, I strongly advise going elsewhere. This experience has been a complete letdown. Avoid Milford Gastrointestinal if you value your health and time!

I was referred by my Dr and found them to be wonderful……. Everyone was sooo Friendly, warm and accommodating. Martha Tonzi PA was wonderful and knowledgeable. I’m going in for Procedure tom. Couldn’t be happier. Judge for yourself. I worked in medicine for years. Top marks for this office
