She was calm , deliberate with her questions and a great listener. I have had a long, complicated medical history with various difficult past experiences. This makes me proactive, with a lot of questions, regarding my medical care. Janene respected and honored that.

I was seen by NP Janene Jarrett, for gastroenterology. She is absolutely fabulous! She’s very mild-mannered, listens to everything you have to say, patient if you’re mad with pain and confusion, and very thorough. She did everything possible to help me rule out all possible conditions for my symptoms. During one of my final visits, Janene gave me a diet and a one time Rx that changed my condition drastically. No one had given me this treatment in the 10+ years that I’ve had this condition. Bless everything in your existence for being you, Janene. *Hugs
I did have a procedure done by Dr. Vivek Mittal. He was very pleasant and the procedure went fine. I had a question after the procedure and he was so kind as to give me his time to address it.
The staff (all of them) are friendly, patient, very helpful, and compassionate. The wait is short and the location and the office itself is very nice. Thank you, all!

I’ve been coming to Dr.Mittal for two infusions for over 2 yrs and have enjoyed my visits. But now that I’m coming to the office as one of his patients I couldn’t be happier. He took me in as a new patient when he was no longer accepting new patients but an exception so I could be seen.I was just so Grateful he did.
I was seen by JANENE JARRETT NP her assistant Michelle was so nice and made me feel so at ease. Once again met her the poor thing was amazed with how much was going on with my case.After getting background on things, she did all she could to arrive at a plan for me. She made my visit that I was very much full of nerves about a lot easier to deal with. Thank God for all her help so far, I know I have a lot going on. Everyone was so wonderful in the office both as I arrived and when I left. I would totally recommend Dr. Mittal

I have been a patient here for a few years now, I have issues with my stomach that they are aware of but they won't prescribe me anything to help my condition. Finally this year I went to the office and a Female PA prescribed Cholestyramine but I can't take it because it makes my whole mouth throb and hurt. I called to get something else and she told them to tell me to take Imodium, what the Hell do you think I've been taking all these years. I don't have a gallbladder and have bile acid diarrhea. All they want to do is schedule Endoscopies and Colonoscopies but no treatment. I'm tired of all this and I have a Colonoscopy scheduled for April which I think I will cancel and find another clinic. I do not like the PA she has the personality of a rock.

This is the most unorganized group I've ever seen. Not a bit of compassion from Dr. Mittal. She was extremely rude to my father. He was desperate after becoming disabled from rheumatoid arthritis. He just wants to feel better again and be able to continue working. She told him not to bother coming back unless he gets better insurance. It's the same insurance he started the with. Inhumane treatment. Unbelievable!

Borderline criminal treatment from this office. Despite requesting a referral to a specific office, the referral was sent here instead, by an MD with the same last name. I am assuming they are related.

This office does not answer the phone. I’m not exaggerating. You can not call and speak to them even if you call all day long. If you want to schedule an appointment you have to go in.

However, once you get an appointment, you won’t be seen. It will be a 5 minute phone call. And guess what? The phone call won’t be with a specialist. It will be with a nurse. No matter how much you need to see the specialist, you won’t.

And then guess what? They will cancel your phone appointments with no warning and then bill you for cancelling. Want to call them and reschedule? You can’t. You have to go in. They will reschedule the appointment, and then once again they will cancel it with no warning and then bill you for a missed appointment.

It is nearly impossible to receive any actual treatment from this place despite their eagerness to bill you.

Furthermore the fact that the office recommends taking certain supplements, and then directs you to a line of products that the specialist sells, seems extremely questionable.

It seems like this entire business operates on fraudulent and unethical practices. I’m shocked that people who are supposed to have taken the Hippocratic Oath can treat patients this way.
