My wife and I attended the Chocolate Masterclass at the studio and what an amazing experience it was! Mike greeted us with great coffee and bakeries in his wonderful studio. Mike was great at explaining and putting across his methods for chocolate tempering and chocolate making. He was full of info and guided us through making chocolate bars and truffles. To top off a wonderful experience we took home some amazing chocolate delights we made. A must for chocolate lovers everywhere.

This was an outstanding course put together by Mike. Excellent facilities, thoughtful host and we were never rushed. The chocolates we were instructed on how to make were lovely, and Mike provided boxes (gift packaging too) to take everything home. Mike is extremely knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Mike's Chocolate Masterclass was great fun. Hosted at the Artisan Bakehouse in Ashurst, we were looked after with superb coffee, brownies and an excellent lunch. I went by myself, some others were with partners or friends. Lots of chatting and laughter ... and Mike even managed to keep us on schedule making chocolates. A really great day and a great gift. The chocolates didn't last the weekend.

A fantastic and inspirational masterclass in chocolate making! I am neither a natural nor confident cook but Mike explained and demonstrated all the steps so clearly that I came away with a stunning selection of chocolates and have been inspired to continue to make chocolates at home.

We recently bought a stash of Noble and Stace goodies as a gift for a difficult to buy for rellie. He's pretty particular and somewhat of a chocolate connoisseur so I was looking forward to seeing what he thought because we LOVE Noble and Stace in our house.
