I generally never leave reviews but I felt like this was necessary due to the lack of compassion of the staff. I had an appointment at 2:30 PM and arrived at 2:40 PM. I tried to call the office numerous times but the office staff would not answer the phone. The office building is hidden hence why we were trying to get ahold of the office to get correct directions. When I arrived at the office I was told that Dr. Murray already left and had a scheduled surgery at 3:00 PM he had to attend. I was turned away and told they could not help me. The ladies at the office were very unprofessional in the way they handled the matter and denied any calls were made to their office. I would highly suggest Dr. Murray trains his staff more on setting appointments to ensure each patient gets the appropriate amount of time. It is baffling to me that they would set an appointment for a patient knowing that the doctor had to be in surgery 30 minutes later at a hospital 20 minutes away. It reflects that Dr. Murray does not have time for any of his patients.

The staff was excellent, friendly and attentive and treated me with great care. Dr. Murray was very pleasant, prompt and informative. Convenient location. Highly recommend.

We saw Dr. Hill today. He was nice and friendly. One of the nice doctor I have seen so far. We are glad that we have him as our GI doctor.

This rating could change, but making an appointment for wife has been dreadful. She had an endoscopy at a hospital. That resulted in a recommendation we follow up with with a GI doctor. Even a surgeon said we should see one first.
When we called, they asked why we're trying to make an appointment shen she needs surgery. How can they assume that if they haven't seen her yet?!. Somone doesn't seem to be listening when we talk to them.

I'm not sure why this office has such a low rating, but I've been seeing Dr. Ong for a few years now and he's a fantastic doctor! I normally see him at the North Richland Hills office, but I've come to this location a couple times now and I've had zero issues. I highly recommend Dr. Ong at this location and the NRH one
