The place presented itself nice and has great options! However, my one knit pick is as a tourist area it does not have any allergy friendly options. I am writing this review to request change not to critique. They also made my uncle move his car while he went to the park across the street (even though we purchased ice cream for 10 of us here).

We went to the Ocean Isle Cresmery tonight. It was busy, but the staff was great. Everyone was served politely and received the order they wanted. The ice cream itself was fantastic. Some of the best ice cream I have ever eaten. Thank you!!

Mediocre ice cream paired with rude staff and inflated pricing. The staff were pushy and rushed our children despite us being the only customers in the shop. The ice cream was barely frozen and tasted more like what I’d expect from a chain than ‘locally made creamery’ ice cream. When we paid our total was substantially higher than expected based on the displayed prices. Not worth the convenient location.

Extremely overpriced!!! The staff was "blah" and my milkshake was subpar. I paid $8.75 for my milkshake... Yes you read that correctly, $8.75. the location is nice, but it's just not worth going here. Get better ice cream that won't break the bank with friendly staff at Mootown, just off the bridge to Sunset Beach, you'll be 💯 happier.

Good location, lots of seating, but over priced and the ice cream sundae was bland. It was almost $9. Fresh whipped cream, but it had been over whipped and split, so it didn't look the best. Wouldn't go back.

4th of July and The ones running the counter had awful attitudes, rude, and rolling eyes when asked any question about a flavor or for a sample. And Digging in your nails with nail clippers and laying them on the counter with pieces of nails and skin while at the counter and not looking up when the customer is trying to pay isn’t the most sanitary. 3 customers paid in a row and and she never looked up and saw any of them. Talked out of the side of her mouth and made smart remarks.

Always drive out of my way to shop here for the night I make dinner for the 30 people at our beach house on Ocean Isle. Great selection except this year being the week of 4th of July they were almost wiped out of some thi gs 🙁 I will still return every year.
Honestly we would rather pick out our souvenir t-shirts and just fun T-shirts here every year then the beach shops. This year they had some sassy ones like "everyone has a brain I just wish they would use it" haha.

Ice cream was good. People working are kinda rude. Asked for a bathroom to wash my hands and my 4 year olds hands. They dont have a bathroom. So bring some wipes
