Terrible. Pague 270. Porque vi que se puede comer breakfast, andaba con mi hijos y mi esposo llegamos al restaurante a las 940, cuando la señora que estaba atendiendo dijo que ya no se servía desayuno porque ya no tenían todas cosas para hacer breakfast, ( increíble para una lugar que tiene una reseña en internet y donde dice que tienen desayuno restaurante y todo eso) nos fuimos y cuando íbamos saliendo veo una familia de 8 personas comiendo waffle y todo tipo de breakfast, me pareció extraño después hablamos y pedimos hablé con el manager y la recepcionista dijo que ellos ya habían pedido antes h estaban esperando en la sala Pool , mentira yo vi todo lo que había al reddy ya que este lugar no es grande. Cero servicio al cliente mal educada la señora que atiende en el restaurante , he viajado en todo el mundo h es primera que tenemos una experiencia así en California bueno no me extraña porque el personal de ahí hablo de recepcionista y restaurante es terrible no sabe modales deberían hacerle training a la gente de ahí para que aprendan atender a la personas que van ahí, básicamente nosotros somos lo que hacemos este lugar que siga vivo .. h así no! Bueno ni hablar de infrastructure es vieja huele mal , las toallas estaban manchadas . Deberían invertir mas en mantenimiento

Cuando llegamos al hotel a las 5 de la tarde nos dijeron que la reserva se había anulado porque hubo un problema con la tarjeta de crédito. Que nos habían llamado por teléfono a las 12 de la mañana, pero que no habíamos contestado, nos enseñó el registro de llamadas, pero no había puesto el prefijo de España, por tanto no llego a producirse. Un individuo con malos modos nos dijo que nuestras habitaciones ya estaban ocupadas. Le dijimos que nos ayudase a buscar otro alojamiento porque era fin de semana y el pueblo estaba lleno, nos contestó que no podía y nos tuvimos que ir.||Aquel fin de semana había mucha demanda en la zona y probablemente les intereso dar nuestras habitaciones a otros huéspedes a los que probablemente cobraron mas, porque nosotros hicimos la reserva con bastante antelación.||La persona responsable trabaja en un hotel y es evidente que nuestra reserva estaba hecha desde España por tanto si no marca el prefijo no puede contactar por teléfono (o es muy tonto o es un cínico).||Si hubo un problema con la tarjeta de crédito y no fue capaz de darse cuenta hasta el mismo dia en que llegabamos lo mínimo que pudo hacer es esperar a ver si llegabamos, o poner un poco de interés en contactar con nosotros, y cuando nos presentamos podría haber sido educado, pedir disculpas e intentar ayudarnos a encontrar alojamiento. Por tanto este hotel mientras tenga este personal es muy poco recomendable.

Todas las habitaciones son muy amplias y confortable y todas frente al mar, la atención del front desk es muy correcta, el desayuno es bueno, cuenta con parking gratis y también es gratis el internet en las habitaciones y lugares comunes. No tiene muchos servicios adicionales pero esta muy bien

The hotel is dated. The first thing you'll notice in the lobby is a wonderful ocean view that is obstructed by dirty windows. The staff is trying, but they are all young kids (teens, 20's) and don't seem to care much. Probably family of the owner. They MIGHT be making minimum wage.

Lots of corners are being cut in this place. They're stepping over dimes to grab pennies out of your pocket. This property has so much potential that's being squandered.

Enough complaining, though. It was comfortable, mostly clean, and the location was perfect for our needs. The bed was comfy. The views are great, and the beach is beautiful. If you are looking for luxury, look elsewhere. If you're looking for a Super 8/ Motel 6 right next to the beach, you've found it. Just don't stain their towels or steal their phones.

This is a missed opportunity. The location of this place is absolutely magical, however that's the best thing about this place. If you book on priceline be prepared to be charged at the desk again and then fight for a refund with priceline. The owner of the hotel seems to know this is a common occurrence but doesn't care. Not his problem. The room is surface clean, but only surface clean. We had a king balcony room with a jacuzzi. It was ok. Just ok. The ocean view was nice but the screen door was coming off and hard to open. The bed was comfortable but the room was nothing special. The TV has streaming but no cable. There is a fridge and microwave. Bring your own shampoo, conditioner and body wash if you stay here. What's there is watered down. There's a sign in the bathrooms to explain that you'll be charged for towels and sheets if you steal or stain them. I have no issue with the policy if it wasn't so accusatory the way it's addressed. The whole vibe was like they thought you were a problem for staying there. I didn't feel welcome. The view is amazing but the windows are dirty so that sucks. The staff was fine but mostly unfriendly teens. Again, it isn't a very clean hotel. The hallways were gross. It's more like a motel. But the room isn't terrible. Just not great. No bedbugs, i checked, which tells you it didn't feel clean.

I had an amazing vacation but i wasn't in the room much. The location is incredible but the overall care taken by the owner is missing. I feel like he's pinching pennies and dropping dollars while he reaches for dimes and nickels. It's really a missed opportunity for this owner. This hotel could be incredible but I'll probably stay elsewhere on our next trip. It makes me sad because the view is worth a lot but I'd just rather feel welcome and comfortable.

They canceled my reservation without notifying me! I booked on Hotels.com and chose the "Pay at Property" option. The hotel charged my card before I arrived, said it didn't work, and I received an email (at 2am) about 11 hours before check-in saying I had 24 hours to provide another form of payment. I sent a message on the Hotels App and they did not reply. When I arrived at the hotel for check-in, they said my reservation was canceled, and my room was booked. Even though they said I had 24 hours to provide another method of payment. They canceled my reservation before 24 hours, and did not ever send a message it was canceled. On the app, it said I still had a reservation. The desk clerk said the manager was out of the country. I had to book another room at a higher price because there were almost no rooms left in town. The Hotels.com customer service has reached out to the hotel and they refuse to honor my original price. The room was nice, but there were kids running up and down the hallways.
