5 stars for their chocolate that they produce. I’ve been a big fan of their bars since I discovered them a few years back, been buying ever since. Still love the packaging. Bummer to say that the truffles aren’t worth the time they spend making them, the fillings were too sweet and crystalized. Stick to the bars, can’t go wrong with any of those.

We stopped by with my mother in law after seeing the store front. The chocolates were all fantastic and it was so fun hearing about all of them. We ended up taking a variety of truffles home and I can’t wait to go back for more. The peanut butter and chocolate was our favorite truffle and the garlic chocolate bar is a must try. I’d definitely recommend stopping by if you’re in Redlands.

Visited Parliament Chocolate for the first time yesterday. The aroma of chocolate hits you like a wall upon entering! Their chocolates -solid and melted- are delicious. I adventured into the land of the Spicy Mayan Truffle. It was one of the best chocolates I ever tasted: a perfect balance of spice and sweetness. Also tried a small cup of their melted Dominican chocolate. Very rich and earthy with strong hints of coffee. If you are in the mood for a luxurious treat in Redlands, make this your stop.

My favorite truffle is the "Little Brown Square" I buy to have with my morning coffee at work when I have a little extra money. So delicious, and they make everything from scratch, in-house and can tell you what is in each item; as someone with prohibitive food allergies, this is AMAZING!! To be able to enjoy a treat safely without making it myself is so rare for me. I love this place.
The employees there are always friendly and helpful, and I love all the quirky owl art.
