My care team was great! Made me feel comfortable and cared for. As you know being a little nervous going in. Once I got to the back and questioned it lighten up talking with everyone. Dr. Abass was wonderful as well! Giving great postive advice for a healthy life style. I would highly recommend getting endoscopy procedures done here! Thank you guys! ?

I showed up 45 min before my procedure. The office was closed. Called the on-call service. They confirmed my appointment. Waited 90 minutes only to learn that the Doctor was a no show. Completely wasted a 4 day colon prep. This facility is completely incompetent. Grossly negligent.

Felt very rushed. A woman stuck my hand and then sent in a different phlebotomist. The second was much better.She went into my arm because she knew the veins in my hands would not work. They were already trying to prode me before I went to sleep, they had to wait another 15 seconds before I was out from the Anastasia.. Not a good experience.

Can't get an appointment, wait 6 months for a follow, just to get told it won't be a tele health, so rescheduled for another 4 months out Dr.s work 4 hours that's it, if u can't get in their tiny windows of schedule, because you are a working adult, you get bumped back another 3 or more months

She explained my upcoming procedure to help me with my anxiety. Also was very patient and answered all my questions. She made sure to talk to the doctor about my anxiety to reassure I will be comfortable the whole time.

Ms. Tevlin was very responsive to my questions. Explained everything so I understood. Was very knowledgeable and very professional.. But....prior to my procedure date I was alittle confused about medications..called ms tevlin3 weeks ago never received a callback. Called a week later , same, never received call back. Called front desk was told that is unexceptable. Called front desk again to get ms tevlin to call me and again never received a call back. Actually the only GOOD THING is when I saw the lady to make my appt. Very respectful, and cared about getting you taken care of. I am going to have to find another doctor to take care of me.

They are all very helpful, and compassionate in this office. Everyone that worked with me was very professional, and reassuring.

Barnett is a fantastic physician and very understanding I feel that I'm finally receiving the treatment that I've been looking for quite a few years I highly recommend her.
