Candy gets a 5, packaging change gets a zero. I really like the nut rolls.i am an avid consumer (or was). 01-24-25 I bought a salted nut roll. Recently packaging has changed, removing the coated paperboard that the kept the candy from sticking to the wrapper. I won't buy a product that I have to pick plastic off of before eating. I realize you are saving money by excluding the paperboard, but it is costing you customers. Please find a different solution. Thank you.

I used to get salted nut rolls with size, I didn’t have to forfeit my caramel to the packaging. You’re going to push the customers away with what you are doing. Ask Coke how well changing your product drastically works.

I recently bought the original salted nut roll, and has been a long time favorite, but Pearsons recently changed the recipe and this product tastes horrible now! The new recipe is like eating a sugar cube!! Really gritty sugar! Pearson you ruined a long time favorite thing!

Bought 4 boxes of tough, very stale salted nut rolls, well within the expiration date! Contacted them for guidance on what to do, deceptive, staggeringly poor customer service, just need a Co. Exec. Email address to share an internal email thread I received!

Your candies taste pretty good. Seems like there's some quality control problems to work out. Do you think you could try to get a few more nuts on this NUT roll? This is the way your nut rolls have been looking for about the past year now.

Don't know what you did to the nut roll, but it is way too sweet now! Used to be one of my favorites. Now it SUCKS! I WON'T buy it unless it goes back to the original.
