So glad one of these opened up in the area! If you know their backstory they originated in New Jersey where I was born and raised! This is the first one close to us. I love the pitaya bowls with drizzle of Nutella it is the perfect balance. My husband LOVES The Electric Mermaid! It is fruity and very tropical. Very fitting to our area.

Best acai bowl I've ever had. You can get two sperate bases if you want. I got half mango base half dragonfruir. Not sure where they sourced their fruit but it was literally amazing and so fresh. Way more fresh than anything you can get at the grocery store. And they added a ton of toppings. Base was freshly made, not frozen. I'd give them 20 stars if I could.

Our favorite spot for bowls in the area! So many good flavor bases & add on options. I love the pitaya base so the dragonberry is my go to! Other family faves are the açaí base pure vida & the coconut base nutelloco. Super quick & easy breakfast they do have some seating, we are usually getting this as a grab and go option or delivered & they still show up amazing.

I haven’t been to a Playa Bowl in years and the last one was in NJ. The menu has really taken off and we were struggling to choose a known favorite or a new thing. The staff were patient and helpful in guiding us to our decision.

They let us sample the Açaí base. Then we decided to do our known favorite the Stupid Cupid but Chang half of the base to Mango. Oh my - if you like Mango, try the new mango base. It’s the chef’s kiss! I hope they develop a spicy mango bowl (like a Mangonada) in the future!

We split this as a desert between the two of us, however one bowl can easily be a meal. It’s delicious and doesn’t make you feel like crap afterwards. Nothing like yummy, healthier foods!

This place is the best!. We visited when we were on vacation and I absolutely love everything on the menu! The manager is amazing as well. She was so patient with me trying to make up my mind and the customer service was top notch. We definitely will be back on our next trip. I would love to see one of these stores come to Vermont. I was able to have healthy options that taste amazing on vacation which is unheard of! Thank you Gabi and Playa Bowls for making our trip amazing!
