Update: It's been a week, and still no one has reached out to me or offered any apology. While their responses may look nice, they feel more performative than genuine. This business speaks for itself.

Terrible service. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. They don’t care about their patients and only seem focused on billing for their mistakes.

On my first visit, I was prescribed medication, but due to an issue at the pharmacy, I never received it. Despite calling multiple times, the staff and back office did nothing to resolve it. During my second visit (by phone), the doctor was shocked I hadn’t gotten my meds in two months and resent the prescription. They still billed me, even though I received no real care, just a correction of their mistake.

When I asked why I was billed twice for one prescription and no real treatment, their response was dismissive: "Did you get the pills? That counts as a visit." What about my first visit where I received nothing? No accountability or refund. Avoid this place.

This office is extremely unprofessional, have been dealing with an h pylori infection for 8 months. I had to push for my own testing, once I finally got tested and realized what was wrong. I tried calling them, so I could get my prescription. However the lady on the phone is extremely dismissive as I have called multiple times to get my medication and they keep saying we will call you back.

I am not one to leave reviews but my experience with this office and the staff was beyond incredible. I felt welcomed from the second I walked in. Kara Smith made me feel extremely comfortable during my visit. They helped me set up an appointment asap. Not to mention Dr. Negusse was the absolute best when it came to my procedure being done. I’m glad I chose this office over the one I was originally sent to.

Dr. Negusse is wonderful! I waited a few months for my insurance to add her to my network because I didn’t want my 2 GI procedures done by any other doctor. I’m glad I waited! I feel so much better and it’s only been couple days since my procedures were done. I highly recommend Dr Negusse and her friendly & helpful staff! I just can’t praise her enough!!

This place deserve more than 5 stars. As soon as you walk you are made to feel welcomed. You are greeted upon entry by the amazing staff. Everyone there is friendly and all have amazing attitudes. The doctors themselves are caring, professional, and they take their time with you and explain the situation. I truly recommend this place 100%, very happy with the overall experience, and very thankful to the staff and doctors.
