I am so happy I found this hidden gem while walking around on Magnolia Blvd. I was in the area for an event but arrived early so I decided to just walk around and see what shops were here. I stopped in front of this small stop and looked at their window display and saw that they were #1 for bread in Burbank according to Yelp so I knew I had to try it. When I walked inside, there was already 1 other guest in the store and she been there before. She was telling me about their bread and how she's going to travel soon so she wanted to take the bread with her. Patrick was the person helping me and he let me try their 3 different bread sample. It was sourdough, gingerbread and I forgot the last one but I went simple and got the sourdough. Patrick also told me the proper way to store the bread and how to cut it to maintain the freshness. I'm very happy to find this small store and will gladly come back again.

This is some of the best bread, olive oil, and balsamic I’ve ever had! The bread is always fresh and the freshness does last for days. I even ordered a whole kit for a friends birthday gift and they created a whole birthday bag for me!

I’ve recently gotten into home cooked breads and this gorgeous little shop is by far the best! Randall owns it with his family and he is the sweetest soul and is genuinely interested in all things bread! If you’re looking for amazing European bread made with love, and looking to learn a few things about bread I would definitely recommend stopping by the shop 🙂

I'm astounded by the positive reviews for this place, which was the only reason I even considered shelling out a ridiculous $20 for a tiny loaf of bread in a ziplock bag. I've made better bread myself, and if I were making it myself, 2 loaves at a time using one dutch oven, I'd probably have to charge $20 a loaf, but a bread business shouldn't have to, and if they do, then the business model needs some work! To add to the ridiculousness of the cost, they hand you a little card of "care instructions," all just a false inflation of worth, when the bread itself just doesn't pass muster.

I am the happiest gal right now. I’ve finally found a clean ingredient, gluten-neutral artisan bread! The amount of detail and care this place has for their products is honorable and appreciated so much. I’ve been gluten free for over a decade now and I’ve missed being able to eat sandwiches like this one. I also purchased their seasonal Maple Butter spread for a sweet and savory sandwich 😋

I had the most amazing experience at this bakery! Not only is the bread delicious, the owners are the kindest most welcoming people I’ve met in a long time! Cyndie gave us a tour of the bakery, taught us about the process of making their sourdough, and more! When she found out it was my brother’s birthday, she made a whole gift bag of birthday goodies for him! Not joking, between how good this bread is, and how lovely the people are, this place truly restored a little of my faith in humanity.
