Customer service is great. We came into their quaint shop to look for gifts for our trip to Japan. We discovered they have a variety of excellent chocolate bars of their own, plus other brands. The hot coco is delicious as well. We just enjoy their chocolate bars.

The shop is quaint and so well thought out and wonderful. The tour was great. It was hands-on and so informative. The tasting was such an added bonus because we didn't realize we'd be tasting ALL the products Raphio offers. We have a new appreciation for chocolate. I've already told people it is a wonderful date opportunity because who doesn't like chocolate!!! Thanks to Johannes, Alicia, Raphael and Rio for Raphio Chocolate.

If you aren't sure about buying their products, do their tour first. You'll find out how much effort goes into their products and how good everything tastes. They also sell specialty drinks that you should try even if you don't want the whole chocolate bar!

This is the best chocolate I have ever tasted in my life. Don't expect to find the same quality in any grocery stores. The chocolate here is done without fillers like vegetable oil or corn syrup. Check out their tour where they explain to you their process. Their chocolate is fresh and both very potent and complex in flavor. I highly recommend the 72% bars of Madagascar (more on the fruity/acidic side) and Ghana (more bitter). My wife enjoyed the latte and I enjoyed the drinking chocolate, however, I wished it was a little more chocolate versus milk. They also offer a sipping chocolate with only a touch of milk, which I should have opted for instead. Also, the dark chocolate gelato we purchased was out of this world and matches the powerful taste of their chocolate bars. We are blessed to have such a shop in Fresno.

If your looking for an Authentic Organic Chocolate Shop then, Raphino Chocolate is the way to go! Just experiences the ahhmazing smells of this shop is to die for 🤣
The staff is always so sweet & extremely knowledgeable about any menu questions! It's a must TRY when you vist The San Joaquin Valley!!

I haven't been to this shop in person, but my boyfriend has bought me the matcha chocolate for Valentine's Day last year and this year. I love the rich matcha flavor, it's my favorite bar from here!

Took our team of employees on the factory tour and had a wonderful experience. Learned a ton about the brand and chocolate from Vanessa who guided the tour and was fantastic!
