If you hear the typical " we'll call you back" or "our systems have been down," switch your referral ASAP. I was easily able to get a new patient appointment with a different gastro the 1st time I called them. This clinic leads you on to thinking you'll get one when they (never) call you back.

If you have any sort of urgent need, please take this review as a warning and switch your referral. Someone I talked to later in the health care industry said they wouldn't send their worst enemy to Rocky Mountain Gastro, that they got bought up by a corporation, and they people in the medical field never calling you back is NOT normal. These constant delays put people's lives at risk, and it's honestly shameful.

The actual experience for the procedurewas very good. The annoying part was spending 20 minutes on the phone to answer insurance and history questions, and then being required to answer all the same questions again online a week later. Total waste of my time and just driving up healthcare costs.
