The staff at the front desk were welcoming and kind. Brenda was a great provider. She was kind and knowledgeable about the different treatment options for why I was visiting. She was also able to talk through my medical history and create a plan that I was comfortable with. Scheduling was an easy process.

Nicole was so attentive and thorough. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt heard. I left feeling so reassured and with a great plan of action moving forward with her and her team.

Josh is professional, friendly and enters into a real dialog with his patients. I feel as tho he always makes sure we agree on plan of care. Doctors could learn good bedside manner from him!

She's is a good listener, and takes time to hear you. I especially appreciate how concern she is to get it right with me as a patient. Definitely an asset to your practice.

I have had GI issues my whole adult life and have never really gotten any answers. I saw the reviews for this practice and thought that this time would be different. I saw a male PA and he essentially dismissed me telling me that all my symptoms were not concerning and that he recommends I get up earlier and take a fiber supplement. He saw me for less than 5 minutes and dismissed all my symptoms and did not care to get to the root of what was causing them. I was highly disappointed in the "service" I received here.

EDIT: Just adding that RMG leaked ALL of my information in a data breach, then waited over 8 months to notify me, underscoring their complete lack of care.

I had a consultation here months ago and let them know I may need banding for hemorrhoids. Great, no problem, but we agreed to try some less invasive options first. When I returned for my follow-up, stating once again I may need banding, the doctor/PA I saw had left the practice so I was scheduled with someone else. My new practitioner, Joshua Katz, began my appointment without bothering to read my prior records, then struggled to find my file when I asked him do so. I'm immediately told they will not perform banding because my last colonoscopy was more than 2 years ago. Why was I allowed to make the appointment if they will not provide the requested treatment I was also told several things that conflicted with the conversations we had at my consultation. When I asked Joshua to reference the notes from my prior exam, he confirmed the notes directly contradicted what he was suggesting now. At one point in describing my symptoms, he stared blankly at me while explaining "the medication does the opposite" as though he did not believe me or something. I could not believe what a stark contrast this was from my initial visit. In the end, all he could offer was to mansplain things I already know and ask if I wanted to try a different medication. The women at the front desk were a delight, but the level of care was entirely unacceptable.
