This place may be a chain, but the service is WAY better than some of the other non-chain ice cream places I've been to, and the ice cream is WAY better than them too.
Normally, I see this place packed with people and long lines, and this was the RAREST moment I've never seen a line at ANY Salt & Straw, I had to take advantage of it!!! 🤤🍨 YES! It was GREAT! So come on a random weekday, and enjoy this goodness like a KING on top of a mountain!

Small store, but there's tons of seating outside. Really quick service.

October 2024 flavours: All pretty average. This is quite the disappointing month. None of the limited edition flavours really stood out. Ended up getting a split scoop of the candycopia (the candy bits were nice) and creepy crawlers (the matcha was acceptable). Pumpkin bread could use more pumpkin spice, essence of ghost is for the licorice lovers, blackberry tamales is skippable.

Westfield 내부에 위치. 원하는 아이스크림의 맛보기가 가능하고.. 이곳만의 독특한 맛의 아이스크림이 많아서 어떤걸 골라야할지 선택이 매우 어려웠음 ㅎㅎ 쇼핑하면서 당이 떨어질때 방문하면 좋을 듯!

A really open space Salt and Straw in Valley Fair. The service has always been pretty friendly for me. The staff doesn't get irritated when you ask for multiple samples and always put in their two cents about the flavors they can't get enough of or find missing an extra oomph!

On the weekends, there is usually a line, especially at night but it moves fairly fast. They are an organized and efficient bunch. I like how they have seasonal flavors. I am terribly invested in the holiday flavors for Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. My favorites have been a turkey ice cream with crispy organic rotisserie chicken skin and duck fat, as well as a sweet potato and cranberry ice cream with cornbread chunks. They do have all the funky flavors like bone marrow ice cream that I am always dying to try but every flavor doesn't taste hit all the notes it promises, like a fancy beer.

It is still one of my favorite salt & straw locations and they do sell pints if you are looking for better value.

This is an amazing chain! They let you sample the flavors as much as you want. The guy working here was amazing and energetic! And don't forget, the flavors are delicious. I love this chain, and I sure will be coming back!

The only issue with this particular Salt & Straw is that it’s part of the Valley Fair mall. It’s a huge pain to find parking and actually get from the parking to the shop.

Outside of that, the staff is friendly and helpful, the flavors of ice cream are really interesting as always, and what we ordered was delicious. If you can deal with the parking/mall, this place is great.

Great ice cream spot with various different flavors. The staff is very helpful and polite. Their honey lavender is a must try. They have ice cream for the pets as well. It’s hard to find a parking spot as they are under a mall enclosure, though they are in open setting.

The employee with the green hair rocks. Very chill and helpful. Some of the flavor choices were out there, but I can tell it was quality ingredients the chocolate brownie flavor is a winner!
