Dr. Levitt and surgery staffs were beyond the best, nice and treated patients with their hearts of caring . Otherwise, the woman with lavender skirt in the photo below was incredible rude and mean to patients. She should not sit there to reprepsent an professional clinique like this . What a shame!!!!!

I attempted to get an appointment with one of the doctors at this clinic after my current gastroenterologist was unable to help improve my symptoms. The staff responded to my request saying that the clinic "doesn't accept second opinions"...This would be considered continuation of care, not a "secondary opinion". If a gastroenterologist can't figure out why my symptoms and flareups are continuing, it would make sense that they would refer or encourage me to find another provider who may be able to figure out what's going on. Them refusing to even see me is just odd to me and not considered best practices. I think this speaks to the type of clinic this is and definitely would not encourage anyone to seek out treatment here. It would be different if I was "doctor hopping" but this is to figure out why my flareups are so painful and not consistent with my given diagnosis - even my current specialist is shaking her head. Very bizarre clinic.

Dr . Levitt and team were great,. They were all very professional, friendly and caring for the patients. I highly recommend them! This was my second time having the procedure. I met with Dr Levitt before the procedure, he reviewed my family history, current condition and the procedure. The office staff reviewed the steps for fasting and the prep. 12 hours before procedure I stopped eating foods and I stuck to eating lots of sugar free green jello, Italian lemon ices and drinking hot chicken broth. I recommend you do this a lot - these clear liquids helps cleanse you. At 9PM the night before and again early the morning of the procedure I took the prep as directed. When checking in, the team put me at ease and I was able to stay relaxed and calm throughout. After I woke up, Dr Levitt stopped by again and reviewed the results with me. Days later I received results from the biopsy by email. I highly recommend Dr. Levitt and the team at SJGI.

While the doctor may seemed knowledgeable as other reviews, my experience was disappointing due to several factors. Firstly, the wait time was excessively long for an appointment call. Additionally, the office assistance was RUDE and CARELESS, I felt rushed and didn't receive adequate explanations about my concerns. My Mom was diagnosed with Acute Liver Failure and was referred from her Primary care doctor to have an URGENT APPT. After waited for 45 min phone call to schedule an appointment. The receptionist said that she CANNOT schedule Appointment for my MOM with Dr. Trinh because he was booked for the rest of the year. The Office assistant communication style seemed hurried, RUDE, and NOT HELPFUL which made it challenging to ask questions or fully understand the diagnosis and recommended treatment.

PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE. They don't care about patient. All they care is asking about Insurance and how they can bill patient. They don't care about patient health and how urgent of the treatment. I'm very disappointed just from the initial referral to this doctor. I hope management team can retrain the office staffs to be compassion, helpful and understanding for the patient and families especially for URGENT MATTERS.

Waited 20 mins on hold to be a new patient to be told to text? Insurance to which they gave me no number. Not sure I want to give them my business now.

Holly molly, this is the worst place ever, it has nothing to do with medical care! I called in because I need help since I saw a doctor somewhere else, and they denied service because I saw a different provider! I wouldn’t trust them anyway after that! This is a pure business establishment.

Dr. Levitt is top notch! I've been with him fir a little over a year and he has helped to make me more comfortable with my diagnosis and a plethora of information in what to expect and how to handle it.
Update 7/10/22: Its been over 5 years I’ve been w/ Dr. Levitt and I can not imagine life without him. He is hands down all around an awesome doctor and person. I appreciate him, his knowledge, candor and experience.

Excellent first visit. Dr. Kutty explained everything and was easy to talk to. She answered all of my questions and wrote notes for me to take with me. Vanessa scheduled my procedure. Both were very kind and helpful. I can recommend them both.
