My boyfriend and I travel for work, we stayed at the Shasta pines motel for over a month. The owner and staff are very kind and attentive to all guests. They are pet friendly so our two fur babes were able to tag along as well which was amazing. The location is great, there’s a plethora of restaurants within a couple miles as well as a steak house right next to the motel. Overall we had a great stay and would most definitely recommend to others traveling through!

Nice and decent motel! Decent amenities at an affordable rate. The owner (lady) is very sweet and humble.
The stay here is convenient if you want to drive/visit multiple places around like, Burney falls, Mt. Shasta, Mossbrea Falls, and also Lassen Volcanic NP.
For food and restaurant: we liked the pizzas at Gepettos, and also Julio’s grill.

Great clean and reasonably priced hotel. They keep their exterior grounds well maintained and clean. The stuff is very friendly and helpful if you need help. They are pet friendly and also charge very reasonable price for pet owners. The place is definitely kid friendly, but it is not totally fenced in, so you will need to be watching your kids if you let them play out on the grounds. It is located at a good midpoint, so you can drive up to Shasta Mountain, Syskiou area, or you can also drive and visit the Chester or Mount Lasen area. The only thing missing is a good view, it's view is their parking lot

I was doing a job for the railroad out in halls flat and the choices were susanville or burney, I made a lot of calls to a lot of hotels in both susanville and burney. When Michele at the Shasta pines motel answered the phone right away she went to work to get all of us the best deal we could find, she not only worked with a few of the workers including myself on rates. She was very welcoming to our animals as well. A few of us travel with our dogs so this is very important. Very friendly staff and a great location, there is a steakhouse basically in the parking lot that is very good, and burney bowl is only about a 45 second walk away. I 10/10 recommend to anyone staying in burney, go to the Shasta pines!! Thank you so much Michele!!

Michelle, the property manager is so friendly. These rooms are very clean and comfortable with amazing beds. Will be staying again. 😍
