I went to see a few doctors here for a few years and I didn't have issues with the service. The reason for the low rating is the UTTERLY unsecure way to send me my medical records to my new address. No return address and it was in a plain yellow envelope without any tape so there wasn't any indication that it could have been opened before it was in my hands. See photos for proof. So any hands that passed through the postal service could have easily opened to see my medical record and saw my name and dob.. Whatever happened to securing private information?

They called me to say they may cancel my appointment due to concerns with the medications I was taking, so I asked to speak with a doctor. They said they would have a doctor call me back but I never got a call. When I called them back right before the appointment, they told me it was still scheduled. When I asked them to confirm, they told me my appointment was cancelled. I am infuriated that they cancelled my appointment without notification. The very thought that they would have let me needlessly go through the preparation shows a clear disregard for my discomfort and inconvenience. I found an alternate office. They need to do better.

Said I was late over the 20 minute window which was a LIE! The time on our cellphone are ALWAYS correct! I think they just had other personal agendas! Me being unfamiliar with directions w/locations, First of all I could not find the new building they are located in and the minute I got off the elevator I got there 1 minute before the 20 minute window. But these back off people were persistent to stay with their LIE & their incorrect malfunctioning time stamp that said I was minute after! As for scheduling any I don't know why it takes or 2 month for patients to schedule unless there's miraculously a cancelation. Too much exaggeration and overacting!! Esp if you only want consultation to see if you can have upper GI procedure done. Improvements is needed in more flexible scheduling for all patients & listening to patients when they certify the arrival time they came in. Cuz I'm not a LIAR when it comes to these things! You know the saying " Customer is always right" and that also goes for the patients!

Waited 2 month to see Dr Lee (my doctor) when i finally got to the room it was another doctor that was in such hurry to leave the room ,he was in the room for no longer than 3 minute and wasn't even paying attention to what i had to say about what's going on with me, he was in the room for no longer than 3 minutes total,
also the Nurse couldn't take an accurate Vitals due to he old equipment and lack of experience, told me i had low blood pressure wasn't true.
lastly when i asked staff for the colonoscopy order Refused and said i had to go where they recommend although I have PPO Gold 80 ,

after i waited 15 minutes to see a manager then took me in his office and said that staff was wrong about not providing the order, I never had had such horrible experience in Dr office , I'm going to Cedars Sinai WHERE ill be dealing with pros and TREATED LIKE A HUMAN.

Dr Cohen went out of his way to help me with my situation! He spoke with my ENT doctor to discuss tests that were ordered and called me to discuss what was the best way to continue to rectify my problem!

They don't do proper follow up! The doctor told me after a test he would follow up with me. He didnt! Some receptionist called me instead. I'm so upset because I have a chronic condition and I don't think the doctor has a clue how to treat it. The appointment people are hard to get thru to SMH It's so hard these days to find quality doctors. I remain completely untreated when I'm positive for stomach inflammation and Gastroparesis

If you get Ronaldo Mamaril, NP just cancel your appointment and reschedule with someone else. It took me 2 months to get an appointment with him and he was intentionally trying to delay getting me a diagnosis and effective care. He insisted on me getting a breath test for a condition that was pretty obvious I didn't have. He said getting the test I needed would take two months (which it didn't it just takes a week). I just scheduled another appointment immediately afterward with Mary, and she got me the simple test I needed within 2 weeks. My money was completely wasted on the first appointment though so it's a waste of time to schedule with Ron.
