Dr Le was pleasant, knowledgeable, and very thorough. He listened, answered my questions, and gave me options. He was prepared before the appointment i.e. he already knew my medical history before the meeting. He made me feel he cared and not rushed to get out of the door. I appreciate his professionalism and good work ethics. God bless him!

I took my mother in-law for her appointment. The receptionist was amazing, kind and patient. All was ok until we had to schedule her procedure. The young woman was a nightmare. She was rude, ill .tempered and very unpleasant to deal with.
This Jasmine should never be around people. She is 100% in the wrong field. I will see if next time we can go to another place. Never have we been treated so poorly

I had such a great telehealth visit with Dr. Le last week. He has a really warm personality, and took plenty of time to answer all my questions. I read another review that said he was well-prepared for their visit, and it was the same for me. Dr. Le had gone over my history ahead of time and knew exactly what we needed to talk about. I was impressed by the fact that he is so knowledgeable and professional, yet lighthearted and humorous at the same time (if only all doctors could be like this). I have complete confidence in Dr. Le for taking care of my GI needs and, after seeing how pleased I was, my healthcare-avoidant husband made an appointment for himself with Dr. Le too.

Dr. Le has an exceptional “bedside manner,” even virtually. He quickly and correctly diagnosed me based on symptoms alone, which a colonoscopy later confirmed. He prescribed medication that gave me quick relief after six weeks of debilitating abdominal pain. I was very happy with Dr. Le. and highly recommend him.

I'd give them zero stars, but one is minimum. I can't tell you how "good" the doctor(s) is/are because we didn't see one. They confirmed appointment several times via text and email, but when we showed up at 7:45 am the office was closed. We called, texted, left voicemail checked the hospital side, NOTHING.

You can’t find a better or more caring GI than Dr. Fairbanks! She is best in class. This office is phenomenal and takes care of you. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
