Volveremos allí de nuevo. Bueno y platos generosos. Para nosotros la oferta de comida es de 10, el servicio excelente. Los precios nada caros también. Un sitio muy agradable en general. El mejor restaurante de la zona. Debes visitar este rincón y comer un día aquí.

This is a non-tipping establishment, and I wish I could tip.
You would think that a non-tipping establishment wouldn’t have the greatest service. You would be totally wrong. Everybody that works here is wonderful and happy to work here. The quality of the sushi is excellent and the prices, even for Calabasas, were fantastic. Not over priced at all and great quality!
I found a new sushi bar! Yay!

Great sushi place! Super affordable while also offering a luxurious dining experience. The sushi here is of very high quality, with most of it even melting in your mouth. I’d recommend trying their predetermined samplers as they seem to include some of the best and freshest food.

Put in a pick up order. Website said it would be 2 hours. Fine, whatever, the timing lined up for me well enough.

I show up at the time the website and the email told me food would be ready and then the host just tells me sorry we’re backed up. It’s gonna be another 20 to 30 minutes. I didn’t get an email notification. I didn’t get an update on the website order status. I just show up and now I have to sit there and wait another half hour.

I get it. The sushi is good. It’s a popular, trendy spot, but wasting my time and no communication is one star service and it’s unacceptable. The manager refunded my order without any trouble so they get some credit for that.

But you had two hours to get my order ready. And apparently I’m not the only one. Maybe some people don’t have a problem waiting around, but I have a life, I have kids, I got stuff to do. I don’t really care how good your Sushi is if this is how you treat your customers. At least send me an email updating me that it’s gonna take longer so I can make an informed decision as to whether this is worth driving over there just to be told I have to waste more of my time.

There are a lot of good sushi places in Los Angeles at a similar price point and similar or better quality and they don’t jerk you around like this place does

The food is consistently delicious, rice is warm, fish is buttery and melts in your mouth. Service is fast because they turnover tables pretty quickly at this location, not the kind of place you sit and hang out for hours on end. But for the price point the quality is there which I'd rather have over quantity. If you don't like the preset options you can do a la carte or add on if you aren't full. Take out is ok but it tastes much better served right out of the kitchen.
