I'm not writing this to be rude, or to shame the company, but because I left feeling unsure and hopeless. For years now I've been dealing with abdominal issues that have worsened.

I've always been proactive in advocating for myself, listening to specialists and following tips and rules to get better. My visit with Dr. Patel wasn't what I expected it to be. He wasn't rude, but definitely rushed our appointment. As someone who works with others; I can understand a hard, busy day can be frustrating and exhausting.

Our conversation was rushed and Dr. Patel questioned my PCP's direction for help. "You probably have IBS", is what he told me. Apparently not waking up in the middle of the night in
writhing pain' means what I'm going through isn't serious.

I haven't been able to enjoy my hobbies, or keep up with my friends and loved ones anymore. Simple tasks such as buying groceries or cooking has become difficult for me. I'm in love with hiking and being outdoors, but my GI issues have overcome my life. Living in constant pain and discomfort has literally altered my existence.

With our visit being short, I wasn't able to discuss any of this with Dr. Patel. I didn't feel comfortable asking questions, and I wanted to cry out of frustration. I wasn't listened to or taken seriously. As a patient in search of answers and help, Dr. Patel wasn't the light I was hoping he would be.

Very uncaring experience with Dr Sree and his nurse or whatever you want to call her. Had colonoscopy and endoscopy on 12-4 had to call them 3 times for results and if that wasn't bad enough Dr said no more testing to be done...EVEN though I'm still having same issues..don't waste your time with Dr's that have minimal answers for gastrointestinal problems...they just go through the motions to somehow justify their qualifications....Really ?

Went to the emergency room and was referred here for care from the emergency room. When I called the receptionist said the next available appointment was in 3-4 months! I reiterated that I was referred from the emergency room and she just said, "there is nothing I can do, the next available is in 3-4 months, do you want to make an appointment? " No compassion, no care to see what the problem is. I will be giving some feedback to the hospital as well as they were the ones that referred me but they should not. STAY AWAY!

The reason I gave 4 stars is the reception. I stood there for close to five minutes, and the receptionist just stayed on the phone, and ignored me. After that, everything went smoothly.
