Our first time here we ordered The fried shrimp they were huge excellent and it came With22 shrimp salad, fries, and dessert along with a nonalcoholic beverage. What a bargain definitely will be going back to this place even though it’s out of my way. Very friendly staff visited with Mark and the price it can’t be thank you so much Mark will be back Dave and lola from Idaho

The people could not be nicer or make you feel more welcome. We had fish and chips that were fantastic. Cole slaw was huge and very tasty. Friends had a burger they raved about and the bread pudding was out of this world. We sat outside and just enjoyed the peaceful scene and the ducks.

Walked in and was a little nervous as the place could do with some work…. However, by far the best food around, could no way finish it all. The cook was alone working and was amazing, extremely friendly, food was excellent. We will be back!

View was gorgeous, pet friendly, and had the fish and chips. Coleslaw was light flavors perfect, nice quantity of fries, big peices of fish! Loved the interaction with staff!

"The Dock" is a Restaurant along side of the Colorado River, in Big River, CA. We had never been to it until tonight. We went with friends, 8 total adults. 2 people had burgers and fries (one was a bacon cheese burger LOADED with good bacon. They came with side Salads that were huge, and LOADED with stuff, huge amounts of fries. GOOD fries. The drinks came with the meals (not alcohol) and a homemade dessert of cheesecake or bread Pudding. Both incredible! The rest of us got fish and chips or fish and shrimp combos with fries or baked potatoes, salad or coleslaw , drinks and desserts included.
EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING and SO MUCH of it!
The employee's were so nice!
We will definitely be going back. If you get the chance, stop in and eat up! You will not be leaving hungry!

We used to come here in the late 1970's as a teenager, When you could camp in the park. It was the first time I had an (Ortega Burger), ortega chili on a hamburger, and it was
love at first bite. Was shocked to see this place was still open, and still serving the Ortega Burger. Can't wait to go back for the all you can eat fish-and-chips on a Friday night.

Went for their Steak Special! Their special is advertised as 1 dinner for $45 or 2 dinners for $55. There is an $8 additional charge for the second salad BUT for $67 TOTAL my boyfriend and I each got our own salad, plate of onion rings which were perfectly crispy without being greasy, sliced and grilled zucchini, garlic toast, baked potato AND medium rare steak. The chef himself came out to confirm how we wanted it cooked and cut and it was absolutely amazing! We each had a glass of water and I enjoyed a cold beer which was included in the special. The baked potato also came with chives, sour cream and butter. Our server was on top of everything, and the chef coming out to speak with us was incredibly conisiderate. We will definitely be back again!
