La atención para citas por teléfono es pésimas y las citas para una persona con mucho malestar son de hasta 3 meses y esta viva la persona asistirá ojalá mejore la atención no es gratis uno paga

This place is the greatest!!! I would like to mention they have a new facility that they opened on Jasmine which is connected to the Hesperia Rd. location. You check in and have the doctor consultation visits at the Jasmine location and the actual procedures are still done at the Hesperia Rd. location, which is just around the corner from each other. I have had several colonoscopies in my lifetime, at various places, and this place, plus the whole experience was a vacation compared to my other experiences! I know that might sound outlandish to some, but my husband just had his turn, and he could not believe how easy it was and how great he felt afterward. The workers and the doctors were so nice and made both of us feel very comfortable for both of our visits. Both of us had nurse Jennifer, and she is so nice and caring! When you wake up from the anesthesia, you can't believe how easy it is to wake up and how good you feel. The facility is also very clean, and they are all very thorough with everything. I highly recommend this place!

I went here for my routine Colonoscopspy. They are a great group, they care about the patient. I didn't have to drink the gallon of gross stuff, they gave me a sample of a new one they use that tastes much better.
They do the procedure at a different location, and the staff there were also very nice.

I'm in tons of pain and I feel like they don't care I have called to schedule an appointment 3 times this week it is 11-22-24 Friday I still have yet to schedule an appointment for results of my CT scan.I got fed up so I pulled up this morning to make an appointment and sat in the lobby for 15 minutes Yhen I had to leave to be somewhere else. I STILL HAVE TO SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT SMH IM SO IRRITATED with the service I am NOT GETTING.

The staff was great from the front office to the consultation and information given. The facility was very clean. Appointment was on schedule the waiting room comfortable with information videos playing while in waiting room. Thank you Gastro Group for a great medical appointment experience.

I just completed a colonoscopy with the Gastro Group. No problems at all, very friendly treatment from all who worked with me. Very informative, very efficient and we were even able to work through a billing question without any issues. Thanks team for great service.

Our experience with the Gastro Group was far beyond expectation. Gastro Group is a very well-oiled machine. Dr. Gupta is exceptional. He is highly knowledgeable and exudes confidence when communicating. During the consultation we never felt rushed. Dr. Gupta is quite personable allowing us to feel very relaxed during a stressful time. He was careful to make sure all of our questions and concerns were addressed. The Gastro Group support staff is very efficient, as well. The office environment is extremely clean and in perfect order. To put it mildly, working with the Gastro Group team was nothing less than remarkable, from initial consultation to the consequent procedure, we couldn’t be more satisfied!! Thanks Dr. Gupta and Staff!! You’re the BEST?

Made an appt for 9:00 hour later staff says they are trying to get ahold of insurance. Never asked for my card when i got there to verify I give them my card. Then they say no one is answering they cant see me. They have to reschedule appt they give me is 3 months later. Wow
Worst staff ever
