My limited experience was only a pre-surgical interview. Prior to the interview, I filled out a health inventory questionnaire. All she did was follow up on my answers to get any clarifications that could be helpful. Being a skilled PA, she did great.
Good interpersonal skills, she listened well and she asked her questions in such a way that I felt compelled to answer with all honesty. (Yes, patient's lie about all kinds of things)

The only thing that bothered me, was that the agency she works for couldn't be bothered to schedule both the survey and interview sooner. It took >2 months to get to these, and I still have no idea how long it will take to get to the actual procedure.

This is another example of how comparatively America spends the most money on health Care and yet gets the relatively worst actual care. I just found another article on this subject hi!

Dr Rojany was prepared for my visit, and reviewed my prior procedures he performed. He was able to determine the risk of getting more procedures - Endoscopy & Colonoscopy was not worth the potential gain.

NP Jessica Fennewald is knowledgeable and personable. Answered my questions and had a plan of treatment that made sense to me. However I wasn’t sent the information she promised me on the phone consult and now I can’t remember the name of the procedure. She wanted me to consider. Also, the portal won’t recognize my ID and password so I can’t contact her through that either.
