If you are ever in Walgreens on the corner of Hovley and Washington St in Palm Desert and need photos and help with anything in that department Norma is the BEST. She is patient, kind has a smile on her face and a great sense of humor. She helped me and took the time when I could not get my photos to come up on my phone and I needed them printed out. The kiosk wasn't working right either so she fussed around and figured out a way to work with my phone and the kiosk and she got it done. I was in there quite a long time and she never made me feel uncomfortable and was a pleasure. It's nice to know that we still have people that care and go the extra mile in their job. Lorraine was very helpful guiding me to locate the medical product I needed. Also she was instrumental in showing me how to use my membership to save money! The pharmacy has always been attentive to my medical needs.

Called to make sure they carried my prescription, had my prescription transfered to here, called 2 hours later to ensure it was ready and then told me it would be ready in 15 minutes. I show up 30 minutes later, wait in line and then they tell me they don't even carry what ai specifically asked for.

How disorganized can you be?

Went in to get water and two female workers were screaming, laughing and talking to each other over by the liquor area. Took me having to go ask one that had a cheetah print tattoo on her arm to ring me up, to get any help. The next time I went in the cashier Berniece was about 100 years old and it almost took 10 minutes just to finish my transaction, the pharmacy staff is always rude, not sure what’s going on here but I am not going to use this Walgreens anymore.

went to this Walgreens after my Rite aid on Washington street closed. Young lady in the Pharmacy was very helpful, even looked up coupons for my medication without me even asking. Great Gal.
I was sorry to find out this Walgreens doesn't accept my insurance.

Have went to the pharmacy four days this week and the only day it was opened was Monday. I am now out of my prescription for my son and do not know what to do because the doctor’s offices are closed & now it is Saturday and they are closed again, for four days in a row! None of this is updated on the website, you don’t know until you drive all the way down there and then there’s a sign in front of the pharmacy that says oh we are closed today. This is the worst experience I have had and the worst pharmacy I have had to use, do not go here, transfer your prescription somewhere else if you can.
