I have had 3 horrible experiences at the surgery center. After waiting in the cubicle forever I got moved into an empty room. No one but a huge tv showing gruesome pictures of the war in Gaza. My son is in Israel in combat and these images caused so much strsss
After 30 minutes of calling for anyone someone finally came in. First being left alone is completely unacceptable. When I told them that no one wants to watch a war while waiting for surgery they all laughed. How unfeeling and disgusting

Absolutely impossible to get someone to answer the phone and they constantly reschedule me. Have been calling for the past week to find my appointment day, and nobody will answer any of the lines. The doctor moves way too fast and doesn’t connect with you on a level where you actually feel like you were receiving help

Been going to them for two months.saw a doctor one time. They rescheduled my appointment twice. They scheduled enterscopy, test and floroscopy test for me but the scheduled them so close together that when I went to do the floroscopy test they told me they couldn't do them so close together they also informed me that the doctor should have known this and not scheduled them so close together. Since beginning withe this doctor group I've had a period of time I ran a fever for a week when I tried to get ahold of them I couldn't so I ended up going to the emergency room. Since then I've tried and tried to talk to the doctor with no luck left many messages and never get called back.in my opinion this group of doctors are not init for the patient but init for the insurance money. They are very bad I would not recommend them to anyone.

If 0 stars or 0.5 stars was an option, that would be my rating. (0.5 just because he ordered the CT I need and want)
The doctor (Ojuri) gave me a full-blown panic attack and I almost walked out in the midst of my appt after nonstop “quizzing” and questions from him. To this day, I have been unable to get the CT he ordered on 7/16 because 1) It took weeks of work on MY end to get it authorized by my insurance 2) He wrote the CT Order wrong and now Radiology can’t get ahold of the clinic to correct it. I could go on and on about the whole experience but I’ll spare you. Long story short, it’s pathetic. Everything about the doctor and the clinic was pathetic and I will be finding a new GI specialist. This is just the tip of the iceberg, fyi.

(I always look at ratings beforehand, however, when I called to make this appt, they had a same-day opening so I literally didn’t have time. I will never make that mistake again because 1.8 stars out of several, several reviews is sad!)

WORST MEDICAL GROUP I HAVE EVER BEEN TO IN MY LIFE!! WISH I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS! HOW IS THIS PLACE EVEN LEGAL? THEY DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE, THEY DONT HELP YOU, THEY DONT REACH OUT AFTER PROCEDURES OR ABOUT RESULTS, NOTHING!!

I have been with this group for years and they have become increasingly uncaring about patients. For the last several years every time my prescription has needed refills, the pharmacy has been unable to get a response from them, I have to call repeatedly and even once drove to the office to stand there demanding that they find the pharmacy request and get my medication filled. Twice now the pharmacy has given me temporary pills to hold me over while waiting for the office to respond.
Then this year I was due for my colonoscopy. Because I need it to be with anesthesia, it suddenly became a major issue. I have had multiple colonoscopies with this group for 13 years and it was never a problem. I had my visit in May and we agreed I should have my colonoscopy in September or October. In August I started calling to get it scheduled. First one of the employees said the doctor doesn’t do them with anesthesia. I had to prove to them that he always did. I asked her to check my records and she said they have a new system and my records are not available (very concerning in itself). Then they kept telling me they’d talk to him and call me back. I called at least weekly and NOT A SINGLE TIME DID THEY CALL ME BACK. About 80% of the time I got a machine, never a call back. The 20% when I got a person, never a call back. Finally in November or December I got Daisy. She conceded that the doctor can do with anesthesia but that they have to find a place where he can do it and she would get back to me. Never heard from her again. Then in December I got Michelle. She actually SCHEDULED me for the colonoscopy in January at the hospital and said she would work on my authorization. A week before my procedure I still did not have the authorization. I called and got Daisy again. She said she would check on the auth. I never heard back. I called my medical group that Friday and was told they JUST received it that week and it was pending. I spoke with my UM department explaining my procedure was the following Wednesday, Monday was a holiday and Tuesday should be procedure prep day so I needed it to be approved that day. They took care of it immediately and sent me a copy by email.
I had my procedure and was told the doctor would give me my report at my follow up because the system was not working at the hospital. 2 weeks later I had my appointment, the doctor did not have my report. Michelle said it somehow got missed and she would get it and send it to me. It is now a month later and I still don’t have it.
2 weeks ago my prescription was due for refill again. Once again the pharmacy says they sent it 3 times and have not received a response. Last week I called and spoke to Lilagrosa/Milagros who told me Michelle was out for a week but promised to call me back later that day regarding the prescription. Needless to say, no call back. I am now out of meds again and the pharmacy gave me 2 days worth as a courtesy. I called again today - Michelle doesn’t get in until 11, Milagros said she will contact “the other office” to see if they can “do this for her” because she is new.
And yes, I did discuss this all with Dr. Fan during my visit. He brushed it all off seemingly unconcerned saying he’s had lots of new employees.
If I could give them zero stars I would. This has all been a nightmare.
