There was a giant bug in my iced coffee. I’ve never had any issues with the Genesee St. location. This was from the Oriskany St. Location. I spent $60 on DoorDash just to get Willie’s for the office and no one could even eat after we saw my coffee. Whole order gone to waste. Safe to say I will never order from there again.

Go here every morning before work. I get a bacon, egg and cheese with one egg. Perfect balance with a chocolate milk to pair it with.

Very good food, and THE BEST cream cheese I've ever had. The Whole Grain Everything bagel was awesome, I can't wait to go back! We also got lots of other flavors to take home, and the hot bagels smelled very tempting in the car. Laid back, comfortable morning vibes were in the air, and the friendly staff was very polite. Overall a very positive experience that I would definitely recommend.

Stopped in when. Was waiting for my car at TP brake and muffler next door. They’ve got Utica coffee, fresh bagels (made in house) and a variety of other goodies. I met Willie and he told me this is the second location; the original is on north genesee st. I had a sausage, egg and cheese on a croissant and it was delicious. I’ll definitely stop in again!

90% of the time we do take-out, while the dining area is quite pleasant. I don't understand why anyone would go anywhere else when getting a bagel sandwich. So many choices of bagel types, meats, toppings, cheese... honestly kinda wondering why they don't offer little pizza bagels.

Fresh bagels, cream cheese, and coffee. The seating area can fit groups of 2-4 easily and is a fair balance of cute and utilitarian. Thumbs up for having soy bacon breakfast sandwiches and being able to pay with CashApp or tap to pay. Thumbs down for not having reusable cups/plates for eating-in and having an 82¢ charge for a cup of water. If it were 25¢ I wouldn’t be nearly as annoyed. At 82¢ I might as well buy a bottle of water. Also there’s a $1 minimum for charging cards, so don’t forget to order your cup of water along with everything else if you don’t have cash on hand…
