From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel so welcome and comfortable. They spoke very good English which made the whole experience even easier. My stylist, Nami, took the time to help me decide on what I wanted - she and her assistant (sorry I don’t have his name!) gave me a fantastic color, treatment and cut. I left feeling confident and refreshed—it’s exactly what I had hoped for and more! The level of expertise and attention to detail here is unmatched. Great place with very nice people! Make sure to book an appt, we came on a previous day to book an appt. Misa cut my hair and did a wonderful job. Nami colored my wife’s hair and it looks amazing! Great experience, experienced staff, nice people, would highly recommend!

They rejected my girlfriend because she has long hair and they did not want to wash and blow. She paid 10.000 yen to travel half of the town to get there, it was fully reserved and she was running to get there in time. Bad experience.

Originally was going to cut my hair back at my hometown but decided if I’m going to Japan, why not give it a try?

So I booked an experience for haircut + massage + eyebrow cut for 8800 yen!

The place was very nice and welcoming. Misa did an incredible hair cut for me using some cool scissor techniques. I have never had a haircut I liked this much! I now walk around Japan feeling a lot more confident.

Now I’d have to find something similar in the states!

Thanks again Misa and Who Ga Ny! I’ll come back some time in the future ?

I had my hair and eyebrows cut by Misa.
Even thought I do not speak Japanese, the staff spoke English with me so it was easy. I am happy with the final result, and the service was very good.

色々相談できる雰囲気があり、アットホームな美容院です。ネイルと並行してやってくれるのも、忙しい時や子供を人に任せている時に嬉しい！行くと元気になる美容院です。ただホットペッパーが使えなかった気がしますので、思い立ってすぐ行くのは予約が取りづらく難しいかな。次回の予約をとって定期的に通える方にはすごくいい場所環境店舗だと思います。
